Intern Paid Social Media

**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As **Intern Paid Social Media**, you will support our team in the execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. You'll learn from experienced professionals, contribute to real projects across marketing functions, and develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
This is a unique opportunity to grow your understanding of digital advertising while working in an innovative and data-driven team. This position is limited to **6 months**and based in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- support the Paid Social team with campaign coordination tasks such as creative asset management, content reviews, and documentation
- assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering data, and spotting high-level trends
- help prepare performance reports and competitor overviews to support team decisions
- contribute to brainstorms and creative sessions with fresh ideas on formats and audience targeting
- research platform updates, new tools, and Paid Social trends to help inspire innovation
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution and creative alignment

**YOU COME WITH**:

- a keen interest in digital marketing, performance advertising, and e-commerce
- first experience in Paid Social Media through studies, internships, or personal projects (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
- good analytical skills and a basic understanding of metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROAS
- curiosity and a creative mindset, with enthusiasm for testing new features and AI tools
- a proactive, organized, and team-oriented working style
- fluency in English; German is a plus
