Under the leadership of the Sr. Manager Branded Communications Enablement, and in close cooperation with the Indirect Sourcing function, you will be accountable for establishing and maintaining sustainable operating practices in the area of functional excellence with a focus on MP3 (Medtronic Preferred Partner Program).

**A Day in the Life**
- Leverage Operational Excellence and/or prior experience leading large-scale transformational change to drive continuous improvement; streamline and standardize processes and provide insights, manage risk and drive improved outcomes for the program
- Be accountable for daily tasks necessary for successful ongoing program execution including program process, performance, marketing plan, and customer satisfaction including understanding priorities, interdependencies, and creating timelines to ensure activities are appropriately prioritized and delivered on time
- Lead the MP3 regional performance cycle and related communications to internal and external partners, manage feedback forms, summarize results, and manage required next steps
- Schedule and facilitate regular team status meetings and other program meetings as needed with internal and external teams. This includes providing recaps, facilitating next steps and developing monthly status reports for leadership
- Manage program web resources; maintain and update webpage using SharePoint platform
- Summarize and compellingly visualize results into specific reports and dashboards, such as Performance, Spend, QBR, at specific milestones dates
- Manage Best Practice Meeting logistics while collaborating with internal and external teams

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with marketing / communications project management OR advanced degree and 2+ years of experience
- Fluent in English, written and oral (any additional language a plus)
- Ability to work cross-functions / cross-divisions in a multicultural environment - team player
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability of being creative while ensuring that project management and process skills are used to implement activity
- Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity for diversity (multicultural environment, various marketplaces, and business challenges)
- Excellent knowledge and use of project management methodology and techniques; experience with scheduling and leading Zoom audio and video calls, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Qualtrics strongly desired
- Strong communication skills: ability to create clarity out of complexity and ambiguity
- Effective Data presentations skills
- Data Analytic skills

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in an international Healthcare company
- Experience working at or with marketing/communications agencies
- Copywriting experience
