The Marketing & Communications Intern will assist the Marketing & Communications team in executing various marketing and communication strategies for the hotel, spa, and Food & Beverage outlets. This role focuses on supporting brand messaging, customer engagement, and market presence. The intern will collaborate with different departments to ensure communications align with the brand’s objectives, gaining hands-on experience in the lifestyle and hospitality industry. A passion for creativity and a keen interest in marketing and communications will drive success in this role.This will be a 6-months full-time internship.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Marketing & Communications team, covering digital marketing, PR, events, CRM, and social media.
- Manage the Marketing & Communications database of contacts, including media, brand partners, VIPs, and influencers
- Support in setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, and following up to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize documents.
- Prepare agendas, media updates, and reports for internal and client meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements (transportation/accommodation).
- Assist in content creation and monitoring across social media platforms
- Assist with media relations, including coordinating media visits, preparing reports and materials, and responding to media inquiries.
- Contribute to the creation of press releases, marketing materials, and management of gifting items and collateral
- Support team members with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed to meet deadlines and project goals

Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
