**Cluster Lead - Backup and Recovery (all genders)**

This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH with a headquarter in Frankfurt. This role is open for all locations in Germany.

Step into the heart of a significant IT transformation spanning Workplace, Infrastructure, and Platform Services, as we partner with a major Financial Services client. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and change in the tech industry. You will be responsible to manage and operate a large scale Backup and Recovery implementation for our client in a 24/7 environment.

**Your working area & responsibilities**
- Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
- Manage a Team of SMEs
- SLA- and Availability-Management
- Ensure, that compliance and security requirements are met
- Continuous improvements and problem solving
- Drive technology domain automation and standardization
- Complete management of Backup and Recovery implementation
(IBM Spectrum Protect) incl. management of backup/restore policies, coordination of maintenance windows, etc.

**Your skillset**
- Strong knowledge in High-availability implementations in large scale environments
- Technical expertise in Backup/Restore processes
- Deep knowledge in Backup/Restore toolset (IBM Spectrum Protect)
- Deep Knowledge in basic IT-Infrastructure
- Service Orientation / ITIL certification
- Perseverance
- German and English fluency is mandatory
