In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

- Being the main Tire Sector Representative for the Asset Management Tool and point of contact to further centrally provided services
- Managing, supporting and coordinating global Workplace & Collaboration (WP&C) projects and activities (incl. rollouts with focus on EMEA)
- Being the IT technical consultant and main contact person for local IT teams for WP&C topics
- Defining and maintaining internal audit & compliance templates, processes and reports with collaboration from various stakeholders
- Regularly reviewing on audit improvement measures and reporting for EMEA locations to ensure cybersecurity and compliance
- Developing and maintaining reports (i.e., Power BI) for Tires IT, esp. for WP&C
- Promoting and facilitating information exchange between local & central IT teams on workplace topics

**Profile**:

- Academic degree in information technology or comparable qualification
- Multiple years of work experience in IT support field
- Experience with IT projects, either as IT lead or work package owner
- Comprehensive technical background in the following areas
- Client Computing Hardware & Operating Systems
- Troubleshooting Windows Client OS
- Enterprise administration tools (e.g., Active Directory, Intune, Ivanti, SCCM)
- Collaboration Technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 products)
- General knowledge in Power BI, databases and scripting
- General knowledge in IT Service Management tools and processes
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and communicate effectively in a multicultural setting
- Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes without direct authority
