**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and identify performance issues across infrastructure components.
- Utilize standard protocols and best practices to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Configure system components to optimize performance and ensure reliability.
- Conduct regular backup operations to safeguard data integrity.
- Collaborate with project teams to support the implementation of established projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in infrastructure administration and systems/network/communications support.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of process flow and knowledge of platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in handling administration, migrations, updates, and security tasks related to systems, networking, communications, or security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of focus on customer service.
- **Fluency in German and English**
