The position is **permanent**and **full-time**.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Translates functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests) while managing and optimizing controlling-specific processes such as monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, intercompany invoicing, and cost allocations
- Monitors and supports development, testing, and implementation of change requests like IT recharges, R&D allocations, and plan/actual cost center reporting
- Reviews, assesses, and releases documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
- Documentation of business processes and process changes to ensure transparency and efficiency
- Supports the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
- Act as an expert within the team for core controlling processes and related systems, including the optimization of internal cost allocations and automation initiatives
- Participate in the transfer and implementation of forecasting, planning, and budgeting controlling activities while driving the standardization of existing controlling processes.
- Initiates and develops improvement processes and automation solutions and contributes to their implementation

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Information Technology
- Professional experience in controlling, with a focus on technical aspects such as automation, IT implementation projects (**S4 HANA**) etc.
- Several years of professional user experience and advanced knowledge in SAP and additional functional IT systems (**S4**, xflow, etc.)
- Professional experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization is highly beneficial
- Fluent in English; German language is beneficial
- Results orientation, initiative and willingness to change
- Assertiveness, hands-on mentality and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, conceptional, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
- Digital mindset with strong focus on end-to-end business processes
