At 7NXT Health Group (Gymondo, 7Mind, Buddyfit, Preneo), we're looking for a **Chief Marketing Officer** to lead our marketing leadership team across brands and drive strategic and operational marketing excellence.

**Your contribution within the team**:

- Full responsibility for leading and evolving our central marketing functions (Performance, CRM, Brand, Media, Content, Creative Ops etc.) in close collaboration with functional leads
- Strategic guidance and hands-on collaboration with brand marketing leads and managing directors in a matrix organization
- KPI-driven management of budgets, resources, and team output with a focus on growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Expansion into international markets and support in scaling our performance-driven marketing setup
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, BI, Finance and Brand Founders
- Direct reporting line to the Group CEO, and active contributor to the C-level management team
- Key role in shaping our Buy & Build strategy: Integrating new brands and building shared infrastructure and marketing platforms
- Drive the group-wide positioning from D2C to digital health leadership

- Optimize channel mix (paid, influencer, content, SEO) and reduce CAC
- Collaborate closely with Product and Content to enable a seamless customer journey
- Support internationalization efforts and market localization
- Evolve our MarTech stack and nurture a high-performance team with a strong test-and-learn culture

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- 20+ years of relevant marketing experience, including senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of scaling digital business models, ideally in D2C environments (subscription, app, platform)
- Strong expertise in modern performance marketing setups (search, social, CRM, attribution, funnel optimization, CPO, ROI, LTV etc.)
- Experience in organizational design, complex transformation processes, and navigating matrix structures
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical judgement, and hands-on leadership style
- Deep understanding of today’s marketing: from TikTok and UGC to high-retention mechanics
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional, international teams and agencies
- Fluency in English (German a strong plus)
- Bonus: Experience in PE-driven structures, buy-&-build strategies or post-merger integrations
