**Your Impact**:
Deliver world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. Leverage strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

**What You'll Do**:
**Location**:Dietzenbach, Germany
**Reports to**:Senior Supervisor, RMA
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right processes/tools
- Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
- Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager
- Function as the administrative representative to Global Returns.
- Work alongside our operations team on the inbound process

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of proven warehouse experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- You can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expertly
- Must hold an EU passport
