We are offering PreDegree, Bachelor, Master or PhD programs in three schools: School of Science, School of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences and are involved in the professional development of specialists and managers and in the transfer of knowledge. **Director of International Outreach (m-f-d)**
(Full-time, 38,5 hours/week; unlimited)

**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the university's global presence and reputation, with a focus on increasing the enrollment of international students and building strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations in key regions
- Lead and implement the strategy for business engagement activity across the university and to provide input to the development of University level strategy
- Play a leading role in developing and maintaining relationships with external funding bodies and other relevant organizations regionally, nationally and internationally
- Develop and manage relationships with international partners and stakeholders, including universities, governments, businesses, and other organizations
- Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to design and implement study abroad programs, global education initiatives, and other activities that enhance the international experience for students and faculty
- Develop and oversee metrics for measuring the success of international outreach and business development efforts, including student enrollment, revenue growth, partnership development, and other key performance indicators
**Your qualifications**:
- Master degree required, PhD preferred.
- 5+ years management in higher education, plus experience working for enterprise or any commercial company
- Experience in leading transformative changes in complex organizations
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of professionals and work collaboratively with faculty and staff across the institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders both domestically and internationally
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English is required, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Great willingness to travel
