- Your responsibilities and tasks:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des lokalen Quality Management Teams mit 14 Mitarbeitenden
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
- Aufbau eines bereichsbezogenen QM-Reportings als Basis für kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Motivation und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Verantworten der Qualitätsplanung und -steuerung am Standort Bönen
- Unterstützung der internationalen Standorte der Farm Technologies Division bei der Übernahme und Implementierung von lokal bewährten Prozessen
- Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten der GEA Group

Your profile and qualifications:

- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Professionalität, Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Belastbarkeit
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen
- Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (interne / externe Schnittstellen )
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie in MS Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
