**Retail Assistant (M/W/D) **part-time**

The Rapha retail stores, better known as Clubhouses, are inspiring meeting places for cyclists and fans of the sport. Inside you’ll find a retail space stocked with the latest Rapha products, a café serving the finest coffee and great food, as well as an extensive programme of live racing, rides and events. Also home to the local chapter of the Rapha Cycling Club, our Clubhouses can be found in vibrant cycling cities worldwide.

We are looking for a Retail Assistant (part-time / 8 - 24 hrs per week) for the Rapha Clubhouse in Berlin as for now.

The Clubhouse Assistant is dedicated to delivering the legendary Rapha customer experience across the retail space within the Clubhouse. The first person any visitor to the store will meet, the Clubhouse Assistant must be welcoming and engaging, a refined Rapha ambassador. A people person, who is able to uncover and cater to all the customer’s needs through conversation. By using their Rapha product knowledge twinned with first retail experience, they will provide the perfect Rapha solution.

**THE ROLE**:

- A part-time role for 8 - 24 hrs per week
- Deliver the legendary Rapha experience by engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with all visitors
- Seamlessly move between all areas of the Clubhouse whilst delivering consistent world-class service
- Drive sales by effectively uncovering the customer’s needs and presenting appropriate range solutions
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment, where the sport and culture of road cycling can flourish
- Communicate positively about the brand at all times, be a Rapha ambassador and bring to life Rapha’s core values - Passion, Determination, Creativity & Communication
- Manage point of sale operations such as checking and replenishing stock, ensuring sales areas, fitting rooms and checkout areas are clean and tidy through to clearing and re-sorting left behind stock.
- Assisting with the receiving of new shipments
- Assist in the planning and delivery of clubhouse rides and events
- Support the team and work together to create an inspiring and positive working environment

Jedes Clubhouse beinhaltet eine Verkaufsfläche mit den aktuellen Produkten von Rapha, ein Café mit leckeren Speisen und Kaffeespezialitäten sowie ein Programm mit Live-Radsport, Ausfahrten und Events. Unsere Clubhouses befinden sich in pulsierenden Metropolen auf der ganzen Welt und beherbergen auch das jeweilige Chapter des Rapha Cycling Club.

Für das Rapha Clubhouse in Berlin suchen wir ab sofort einen Clubhouse Assistant (M/W/D) in Teilzeit (8 - 24 Std. /Woche).

Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden solltest du idealerweise folgende Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften einbringen:
**ANFORDERUNGEN**
- Eine Teilzeitstelle 8 - 24 Std /Woche
- Solide kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Fokus auf Kundenservice
- Freundliche, hilfsbereite, selbstbewusste und engagierte Persönlichkeit
- Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Grundlegendes Verständnis der Verkaufsprinzipien und Kundendienstpraktiken
- Grundlegende Administrationsfähigkeiten
- Begeisterung am Radsport und/oder Aktivsport

**AUFGABEN**
- Kunden empfangen und begrüßen
- Sicherstellen eines hohen Maßes an Kundenzufriedenheit durch exzellente Vermittlung und Empfehlung der Rapha Produktphilosophie
- Ermittlung der Kundenbedürfnisse und -wünsche durch pro-aktive Ansprache
- Sich stets über die genaue Beschreibung der Produkteigenschaften sowie deren Vorteile auf dem Laufenden halten
- Verwaltung von Abläufen rund um den Point of Sale, wie Überprüfung und Nachfüllen von Lagerbeständen, Sicherstellung, dass Verkaufsflächen, Umkleidekabinen und Kassenbereiche sauber und ordentlich sind bis hin zum Aufräumen von zurückgelassener Ware und deren Rücksortierung.
- Unterstützung bei der Annahme neuer Sendungen
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Schaffung einer inspirierenden Arbeitsumgebung in der sich die Kultur des Radsports weiterentwickeln kann
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Clubhouse Ride
