For a new “seller experience” team within our C2C business unit, we are looking for a Technical Lead (d/f/m). With our huge number of users, eBay Kleinanzeigen is the perfect place to trade goods and services. The new team we're forming will have a strong focus on improving the overall selling experience and boosting the success of individuals who are offering their items for sale.

Your role

Drive technical decision-making for the team, keep the architectural overview, and develop the tech strategy in support of the product roadmap

Find the right balance between quality and speed of delivery, manage technical debt and collaborate with the Product Lead about priorities for the delivery roadmap

Mentor team members, prevent silos and foster a culture of learning in and around your team
