In the fiscal year 2022/23, DOUGLAS generated sales of 4.1 billion euros and employed around 18,000 people across Europe. **Sub-Headline** For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as** **TASKS WITH IMPACT** As a Junior Manager Sales Activation (f/m/d), you will support our sales activation efforts, collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive impactful campaigns that enhance our market presence. - **Campaign Planning and Ideation**: Assist in brainstorming and planning for all omnichannel sales activation campaigns in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. - **Partner Outreach**: Research and establish contact with potential cooperation partners. - **Negotiation Support**: Contribute to negotiations for sales activation initiatives. - **Cross-Department Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure campaign alignment. - **Reporting & Analysis**: Support in campaign reporting and customer surveys to generate insights. - **Marketing Material Creation**: Coordinate the design and production of advertising content. **YOUR SKILLS** - Creative Thinking and strong organizational abilities - Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape - Foundational understanding of project and business management - First experience in managing (large-scale) campaigns and marketing activities or in project management is desirable." - Innovative, with flexibility and agility in dynamic environments - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field - Fluent English and German skills are required **OUR BENEFITS FOR YOU** We want you to feel comfortable at your job.
