Paid Social Specialist

As the Marketing specialist of Paid Social, you will be responsible for growing channels across our

brand. You will be a crucial part of our Performance Marketing team as Paid Social experts and help us scale cost-effective customer acquisition across multiple businesses. Reporting to our Performance Marketing Team lead, you will help develop and execute the strategic plan, use analytics to inform decisions, and drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.

This role is a high-performance/high-impact role with the opportunity to work with teams across the organization - from Brand, Product, Creative, and Analytics. To kick things off, we would like you to focus on various Paid Social channels (such as Meta, TikTok, and potential new platforms) as Strategic Investments and work with our in-house experts to find synergies to bring high-quality customers to the business. Lead the roadmap development and execute key campaigns across our portfolio, with the main focus moving mobility together.

You will- Plan, design, and execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns from execution to completion.- Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.- Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis. This is a hands-on role building & optimizing campaigns.- Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.- Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, Product, CRM, etc.—(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)- Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met- Design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels

You are- Track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & CAC)- Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat- Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.- Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance- A process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.- A curiosity to not just know what is happening, but to understand why it is happening.- Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty- Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment- A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities and a natural hustler with a contagious “can-do” attitude

You have- A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.- 4+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.- Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)- Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubles
