**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As the Lead of the Styling and Hair & Make-up team, you will be at the forefront of our creative production process. Your role is to ensure that the team consistently delivers high-quality creative assets that enhance our customer shopping experience. You will lead and mentor a team of stylists and hair and make-up artists, supporting their development and ensuring all processes and facilities enable the team to produce accurate and inspirational content.

- ** Functional Leadership**:Provide effective leadership to a team of 14, including stylists and hair and make-up artists. Guide and support them to create visually compelling content that aligns with the guidelines, brand’s aesthetic and latest fashion trends.
- ** Team Development**: Foster the growth, empowerment, and continuous development of your direct reports. Provide regular feedback to support both professional and personal growth within the team.
- ** Daily Operations Management**: Oversee the day-to-day production workflow, ensuring all processes adhere to quality standards, and on-time delivery of daily production targets.
- ** Process Optimization**: Continuously assess and improve all areas of the photo production process, identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows and elevating creative quality.
- ** Resource Management**:Collaborate closely with the planning team to manage team capacity to ensure efficient allocation of resources across all shoots. Regularly assess and adjust schedules to accommodate changing priorities and peak periods.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support overall business success.

- You have proven leadership experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- You bring a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in fashion styling, hair, and makeup, with a focus on e-commerce or editorial work.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.
- You are proficient in using project management tools (a plus).
- You foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
- You are fluent in English.
