Tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to continually refine and improve our products.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital platforms.
- Ensuring consistency in design across all products and platforms, aligning with NeoBIM's brand and design standards.
- Staying abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, particularly as they relate to the AEC industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with exposure to the AEC industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Familiarity with BIM processes and the unique challenges faced by AEC professionals.
