Tasks

As a Scrum Master at Cinemo, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our development teams towards achieving high levels of agility and excellence. You will work closely with product development teams, ensuring that they fully embrace Agile principles and best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us to deliver high-quality software products to our clients.
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring they are executed effectively
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize work in alignment with business goals
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, proactively promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Help the team make data-driven decisions using the right KPIs
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team members’ understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Help teams expand their agile mindset and improve their agile software development practices
- Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Demonstrated experience in guiding teams through agile adoption and transformation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, handle conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions
- Knowledge of software development practices and understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
