**Job Description Summary**:
As part of the missions of the Finance Department, the objectives of the controller are:

- To provide reliable, complete, and timely financial data
- Ensure the timely and reliable processing of accounting transactions, in coordination with shared service centers.
- To actively support operational departments in their optimization and improvement actions
- To be the guarantor of the right level of internal control in its perimeter

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Carry out the closing activities of units belonging to GA central Europe, Group reporting and manage the rhythm of quarterly/annual closings with the collaboration of shared financial service centers, with the focus on projects accounting (OTR Finance)
- The closure of expenses below margin: sales & administrative costs.
- Support operational teams in decision-making, deployment of product line strategy.
- Elaboration in cooperation with operational staff of the cluster’s annual budget, re-forecasts over the year as well as the monitoring & analysis of variances.
- Participate in the implementation of GE policies (GE GAP) and specific to the company, Guarantee reserves (deployment of new policies) and the rule for the recognition of turnover (606); etc...
- Participate and help conduct audit work in support of controllers.
- Participate in the appropriate assessment of risks and exposure related to project activities (EHS, project review, Contracts, etc... (In partnership with the Logistics and OTR team/project control)
- Evaluate opportunities for process standardization when necessary.
- Guarantee the proper functioning of information systems on its perimeter (SAP analytic structure).
- Collaborate and business partner with the other functions of the sites, the finances of the other sites.

**Qualifications/Skills required.**:

- completed studies in the field of business administration
- +5 years experienced or equivalent knowledge/experience in management control/accounting.
- Excellent command of the computer tool (Excel/SAP).
- Proficiency in English both written and oral.
- Good & solid accounting knowledge.
- Dynamic, serious, rigorous, quality of work.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Great relationship.
- Capacity to work independently.
