We are looking for an **Assistant Buyer **to join our talented **Commercial** team in Berlin.

**As an Assistant Buyer, you will**:

- Support the Procurement Team in all operational and administrative processes
- Be the point of contact for communications with key suppliers and external stakeholders
- Be responsible to place and track purchasing orders
- Closely collaborate and coordinate with other internal teams for successful Grover's orders deliveries
- Be the Go to Person for invoices topics and clarifications with the Accounting Department and Suppliers
- Be the Gate Keeper for our quarantine storage and return coordination to suppliers
- Help us to improve by tracking and analysing suppliers' requests and suggestions

**We are looking for a passionate Assistant Buyer, with**:

- Ideally one year of industry experience in the area of purchasing
- Great verbal and written communication skills: in **German as native speaker** and English at a professional level
- Problem solving skills and proactiveness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- A flexible mentality and excitement towards new challenges
