**What you'll do**

The documentation of our ABAP Cloud programming model is an integral part of our software. Our team works on user assistance deliverables (written documentation, videos, etc.) to help developers understand our programming languages and development model and to use them as effectively and efficiently as possible.

At SAP, technical writers are called user assistance developers, because that’s what we do - we assist the users of our software. As a working student in our User Assistance team, your job will be to support our team with tasks, like
- Supporting the design and formatting of developer-facing documentation
- Updating documentation and graphics to fit our standards and guidelines
- Keeping our code samples up to date so that developers always have state-of-the-art examples
- Creating videos and blogs about different software features
- Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation, including programming examples
- Defining terminology that is simple, consistent and conforms to industry standards
- Proofreading and editing documentation for accuracy and completenes

**What you bring**
- University student (f/m/d), preferably in the field of Technical Writing, Media and Communication Sciences or Linguistic Studies
- Computer skills: XML, DITA, MS Office, GitHub, Wikis, Video Creation, Multimedia, Social Media
- Strong skills and fluency in English and German
- Soft skills: Team player and agile working mindset
- Others: Experience with multimedia tools, social media or programming skills is an advantage
