Enterprise Architecture is pivotal in this mission, aligning Business and Technology Strategy and acting as a catalyst for change and transformation. As an Enterprise Architect - Infrastructure Strategy, you will be instrumental in defining group-wide standards and best practices, crafting and executing a strategy to modernize and retire legacy infrastructure, and driving innovation by exploring and evaluating emerging technology trends.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (f/m/d) to join our dynamic and international team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and document flexible infrastructure modernization strategies, identify and address architecture gaps, and lead the implementation of a modernization roadmap for transformation programs.
- Monitor key business performance indicators to ensure IT activities align with business objectives, define and control appropriate metrics, and provide guidance and support on architecture concerns to programs and projects.
- Assess industry, technology, and market trends early in their adoption lifecycle to determine their potential impact on the enterprise.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in Information Technology or IT strategy consulting.
- Proven experience in structuring Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud strategy, and cloud migrations.
- Expertise in retiring or modernizing mainframe, legacy and virtualisation systems.
- Strong knowledge of technology solutions with a keen interest in learning and working with emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; conversational German is advantageous.
