digital age. Our interdisciplinary team of creatives, designers, developers and technicians create virtual and hybrid events, games, apps, AR / VR / MR projects, media shows & installations and interactive exhibits for the most popular international brands worldwide.

Tasks

As Art Director Digital you will be responsible for the visual quality and user experience of our projects from the first idea to the final implementation. In close cooperation with project management, developers and clients you will create innovative and immersive experiences for the web, mobile-, VR / AR-devices and spatial installations. You develop wireframes, prototypes and UI designs that focus on a consistent user experience. In this process, you combine your strength in designing and creating digital interfaces with your distinctive conceptual way of thinking. You communicate your work
clearly and present your results professionally. You lead internal and external design teams, optimize processes and you share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.

**Requirements**:
**Your skills**:

- Successfully completed design studies or comparable education in communications design
- At least 5 years of professional experience ideally in an agency or a marketing department
- Outstanding conceptual and creative skills
- Excellent sense of image compositing (typography, corporate design and visual languages)
- Very good knowledge in Adobe CC (especially XD, Aftereffects and Photoshop)
- First experience with 3d software would be an additional plus (preferable C4D or Blender)
- Knowledge about modern web technologies and libraries and gaming engines (Unity3D, Unreal Engine) preferred
- Experience in user research, prototyping and testing
- Commitment to digital media and an outstanding conceptual understanding
- Strong team player spirit, very good analytical skills and willingness to constantly educate yourself about new technologies
- Authentic, strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent and self-responsible work
- Willingness to travel for our national and international projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, written and spoken
