In your new Finance role, you will be an integral part of Procurement and responsible for:

- Support the negotiation teams by **preparation of business cases with risk assessment **incl. sensitivity analysis of Volume, Supplier Split, Long-term Obligation
- **Evaluation of Financial Exposure **from long-term obligations
- **Interface and Active Communication **to Operations Frontend and Finance &Treasury
- **Development of balanced Forecast **and Outlook on a regular base and respective analysis of Deviations
- Financial support of **long-term Plan & Strategy**:

- **Evaluation and reporting of potential financial risks in the **Corporate Risk Report**:

- **Finance contributor **for Procurement Improvement Projects and Key Initiatives**

You take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in advance, and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. You think and act in a cooperative way and clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You act initiatively and overcome new situations with creative solutions and find useful ways to reach set targets.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance **or have gained comparable experience
- At least **6 years of relevant professional experience **in the areas of finance and controlling
- **Profound experience in financial analysis **and **controlling **and in the **preparation of business cases required **, due to high impact on Infineon/Division results
- **Strong analytical skills **and a high degree of negotiating power and diplomacy
- **Interpersonal skills for performing within a small team **and for **partnering with worldwide acting Procurement and support functions**:

- **Excellent German and English **communication and presentation skills
