**Deine Aufgaben**

**Outbound-Telefonie**:

- Durchführen von Outbound-Telefonaten (keine Cold Calls) - nur wer selber gut am Telefon ist, kann auch ein Team führen

**Team-Management und Führung**:

- Leitung und Motivation eines dynamischen Telesales-Teams von mindestens 10 Agenten
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Team-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs (Anrufvolumen, Conversion-Rate, Kundenzufriedenheit, Umsatz)
- Regelmäßige Mitarbeitergespräche und konstruktives Feedback
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Gesprächsleitfäden, Coaching
- und Schulungsmaßnahmen

**Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung**:

- Kontinuierliche Analyse der Verkaufszahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards im Kundenkontakt
- Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien und -prozessen
- Bearbeitung von eskalierten Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden

**Ihr Profil**

**Berufserfahrung**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Telesales oder Vertrieb
- Ggf. schon Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Sales-Umfeld
- Branchenkenntnisse im Gesundheits
- oder Pflegewesen von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
