Working Student: Central Finance Support

**Finance assistance**:Work in the Central ATV Finance Team to support the ATV Management
- **Keep the overview**:Support the preparation of closing, forecast or strategic planning processes
- **Data is everything**:Analyze data and prepare conclusions and results e.g. through cost analyses and simulations, data visualization, revenue prediction analysis
- **Being strong together**:Support the ATV Finance Central team in their digitalization journey e.g. with automated management report creation, AI use case development
- **Presentation owner**:Prepare management presentations and ad hoc requests
- **Take responsibility**:Take on responsible to work on your own project (e.g. cost analysis, process improvement) depending on availability and own ability

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**:You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (TUM-BWL) or similar field of study
- **Experience**:You have already practical work experience and you are advanced in your studies (master students preferred)
- **Personality**:You bring along a sound business sense and the ability to collaborate constructively with multiple departments
- **Skills**:You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You can handle big data and having a good knowledge of Tableau, Power Bi or similar are a plus. Digital skills and interest in AI is an advantage
- **Way of working**:You distinguish yourself through a quality-conscious and team-oriented way of working. You have a proactive attitude and willingness to manage tasks independently
- **Language skills**:You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**:The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**:You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**:It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
