Associate Director, Global Account

Location: Kerpen (NRW), Germany (hybrid working model)

**Your mission**:
**Project Management**
- Translate cross-category (creative or technical) client briefings into projects: brief creation and marketing teams on project deliverables
- Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities by adapting technologies & marketing initiatives to client needs
- Coordinate regulatory & safety requests

**Business Management**
- Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy to drive profitable growth and expand the market share of Firmenich
- Lead negotiation of pricing agreements and favorable commercial terms
- Oversee entire value chain: product life cycle management, demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Build the account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus objectives

**Client Relationship**
- Establish strong partnership with global Fragrance Management (daily contact with different stakeholders, physical meeting needed every 2 weeks)

**Team Management**
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 1-2 persons to meet business objectives, including recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Coordinate global account activities with account managers and sales coordinators in 10+ countries worldwide
- Build solid collaboration with internal partners and align on resources plan and priorities with other departments (creation, development, innovation, marketing, consumer insight, supply chain...)
- Manage team budget and expenses
