Working Student: Public Policy for Standardization

In your new role you will:

- **Inform your colleagues**:
Promote the existing intranet presence on Standardization & Associations within the company
- **Data is everything**:Improve the data quality, usage, ease of use and awareness of the standardization tools within the company in cooperation with the internal IT and other stakeholders
- **Keep the overview**: Support presentations and reporting on standards and industry associations memberships as well as databases of documentation pertaining to standards
- **Lifelong learning**: Support the preparation of standardization trainings for the company
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**: Support day to day standardization work, e.g. organize meetings and telephone conferences with Infineon standardization team on above topics
- **Experience**: Ideally in IT tools and their usage
- **Interests**:IT affine, work with IT tools and websites
- **Skills**:MS Sharepoint, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- **Way of working**: Structured, committed towards achieving results with the team and enjoy taking on new tasks proactively
- **Personality**: Team player, enjoy an international atmosphere, open minded and talkative person
- **Language skills**: English (very good) and ideally German (good)
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

Our stakeholders have different backgrounds and interests, therefore messages are adapted to specific internal and external target groups and the respective channel. The CP team spans all regions and is centrally organized along Corporate Communications, Public Policy, Strategy & CEO Communications and Center of Excellence.
