**YOUR MISSION**

As our Venture Development Intern (M/F/x), you tackle the operational, financial, and strategic challenges of setting up our venture from scratch. You gain an inside perspective on an early-stage startup and build up deep functional expertise. As one of our first employees, you will take on responsibility quickly and work directly with our CFO. Our Venture Development internships are a unique opportunity to learn, experience and join a first-class team. With us, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your new role:

- Research new market opportunities and act as a consultant to the management.
- Manage your own operational and strategic projects independently, particularly in the areas of corporate finance, controlling, and venture development.
- Work closely with the founders across all departments to ensure execution and successful delivery of your projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and the industry by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Support the leadership team with any ad-hoc projects and analyses.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are studying business administration, economics, or another business-related degree.
- You have already completed internships in start-ups, consulting, or investment banking.
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality.
- You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility.
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
