As part of the Asset Management Controlling 1 team (ACM 1), you are responsible for ensuring and supporting the implementation of globally defined standards & principles thereby supporting AM, ITS, WE, MC and AMC head in steering the global SRE AM Business:
**Your new role**
- Provide commercial expertise towards the SRE community as expert for defined topics (SRE Pricing, Business Structure etc.) and processes
- Create meaningful in-depth / ad-hoc analyses to support steering of AM Business
- Commercial Business Partner to SRE AM Solutions to provide holistic FIN support and develop new concepts.
- Furthermore, as the assigned Partner to one of the SRE Hubs/Regions you will drive knowledge sharing and collaborating with the local colleagues on a regular base
- You act as a partner to and work directly with the AMC heads for all topics with respect to guiding principles, standards, and operational business processes
- You support in driving continuous improvement and standardization within the worldwide controlling value chain and contribute to foster knowledge sharing

**Your qualifications**
- You have a real estate academic degree or a comparable degree in Business Administration (Master of Science)
- You possess profound knowledge of Siemens and preferable the SRE-specific business processes including comprehensive understanding of pricing standards and calculations, particularly with the Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG)
- You have gained related work experience in SRE commercial functions
- Beside your analytical competence and high level of dedication you enjoy working in an intercultural environment
- You own strong skills in working with SAP, HANA and all MS Office Applications
- Mindset of driving change, Problem solving ability and proactivity in communicating problems with a solution
- Fluent Business English completes your profile
