**Master thesis in CAN Bus Simulation for Virtual ECU Integration (M/F/d)**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Structuring and optimisation of the existing Python program
- Introduction of algorithms for the technical evaluation of wire harness properties (e.g. bundle diameter, segmentation, bus load)
- Development of methods for evaluating the installation effort, e.g. based on installation times or accessibility
- Expansion of the graphical user interface (GUI) for interactive visualisation of the architecture and its properties
- Validation of the implemented algorithms with example projects
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable technical degree programme
- Good knowledge of Python (ideally experience with NetworkX, Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Interest in E/E architectures and wiring harness design
- Initial experience with graph algorithms (e.g. Dijkstra) and network analysis is an advantage
