**Transform the future of business relationships - Sales Lead (M/F/d) at ZopaAI**

We are looking for a results-driven **Sales Lead (M/F/d)** to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, build and lead our sales team, and drive customer acquisition among leading blue-chip companies. In this key role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the commercial success of ZopaAI and help define the future of B2B relationship management.

**Tasks**: As a **Sales Lead** at ZopaAI, you will actively shape our go-to-market strategy and play an essential role in driving growth. Your tasks include:

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for our AI-powered B2B SaaS solution
- Identify, engage, and win strategic enterprise customers, building robust long-term partnerships
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including coaching, goal-setting, and performance reviews
- Design and monitor sales processes and KPIs to ensure team success and growth targets
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless customer journey and market feedback integration
- Represent ZopaAI at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, strengthening our market presence
- Prepare sales forecasts, reporting, and revenue projections for management and stakeholders
- Contribute to shaping our company culture and strategic direction at the leadership level

**Requirements**:

- Several years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, ideally SaaS/tech sector, with significant success in new business development
- Proven track record in building and leading sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, complex deal management, and sales pipeline methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and Business English
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; familiarity with CRM and relevant sales tools
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a genuine drive for scaling a start-up
- Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany, with occasional visits to our Saarbrücken office
- Willingness to travel and participate in industry events as needed
