As Associate Director you partner with clients and their ad agencies to identify and develop exceptional creative ideas and content. We help clients navigate the creative journey from identifying the best idea, right through to flawless execution and best practice learnings for the next campaign. Drawing on the world’s largest database, behavioral measures, cutting edge neuroscience capabilities, and extensively validated solutions, we show clients exactly how to develop and optimize creatives to stand out, create meaningful impressions and generate sales.

Become a key player of the communication domain and work on projects for some of the world’s greatest brands across different sectors, from beauty to food, automotive, services and technology. You will also be part of the transformation Kantar is implementing towards a more consultative and brand centric approach.

KEY CHALLENGES
- Evaluate and optimize communication activities designed for traditional media like TV as well as digital formats based on survey data or artificial intelligence for our clients
- Work through various client projects from design through to delivery, with varying degrees of contribution and ownership - from taking the brief to client presentations
- Learn how a project works from a financial standpoint, and progress to be responsible for the fiscal management of the project
- Demonstrate a passion for brands and advertising as well as a desire to improve your skills
- Be curious about platforms and new technologies applied to research
- Communicate to a high standard consistently and build effective relationships internally, and with clients, to ensure the smooth running, quality and timely delivery of work
- Contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years experience in marketing, consultancy, agency or similar area
- Experience and/or interest in advertising/ communications
- Client-centric and added-value attitude
- Data confidence and fluency to ensure insights are evidenced by high quality data
- Aptitude to manage different clients/ projects simultaneously with tight timings
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English and German
- Proven public speaking skills
- Positive and flexible attitude, open to create, explore new topics and approaches
