Elektrobit has a strong focus on developing powerful tools and software platforms that enhance the user experience and usability in the automotive context. As intern in our UXD team, your work supports establishing a deep understanding of user needs and pain points in the context of a specific product line and related services. Together with UX Architects, Product Management and Product Development, you contribute to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

**Your responsibilities**:

- As part of Elektrobit’s UXD team, you support on strategic level of agile product development.
- You collaborate in the planning, execution and evaluation of ethnographic research activities and context-of-use analyses.
- You assist in the creation of customer journey maps and derive measures.
- You support planning activities within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- You help in the planning and execution of stakeholder workshops.
- You support the UXD team in all phases of the human-centered design process according to ISO 9241-210.
- You create content to increase the UX maturity level in the company.

**Your profile**:

- You are studying Human Factors, Interface or Interaction Design, User Research, User Experience Design, Design Thinking, or comparable.
- You are interested in user research and have already gained some experience in qualitative or quantitative studies.
- You like to create prototypes (e.g. with tools like Axure or Figma) and can’t wait to test them with users.
- You have an autonomous, structured and reliable way of working.
- You are a customer-oriented team player.
