Our employees challenge the status quo, ask questions, and find solutions. The HR Student Worker will support the EMEA HR team and EMEA employee population with HR administrative tasks. This opportunity will focus on data entry and personnel administration, and can help kickstart a career in any area of HR.

Your responsibilities:

- Administrative support for a variety of HR topics such as standard information requests, sick leave management, simple confirmations of work, pulling reports
- Contribution to day-to-day operations such as handling mail, supporting data management and time tracking
- Support of various other HR projects
- Maintenance and management of electronic personnel files

Your profile:

- Enrolled student of business administration, economics or a related field
- Native skill level in German (written), very good skills in English (verbal & written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently and accurately with a responsible attitude
- Average of 15 hours/week (Aachen office)
