For our HR department based in Munich, we are looking for a HR trainee, who will support the HR departments on salary & compensation processes.

You will be fully involved in a strategic project and you will discover all daily operations, that are at the heart of the success of our organization.

**Your mission**
- Main project : You will support the HR and the Finance Team in a project about salary and compensation
- Analysis and calculation of costs in close collaboration with the Finance Manager
- Preparation of communication contents for different audience
- Support on the legal frame researches for the Northern Europe market
- Operational and administrative support for the HR department
- Provide support on budget, monthly reporting and data accuracy
- Be in contact with internal and external partners for operational HR support (seasonal temporary contracts, coordination with Payroll )
- Administrative support for all HR related topics (contract, reference letters, annoucments )
- Support and continuous improvement in our administrative processes Look for benchmarks on salary and compensations best practices**Your profile**
- Bachelor or master studies in Hr controlling/finance
- Great organization, analytical, methodic skills and eye for details
- High interest for figures and administrative process
- Excel and ppt skills
- Great understanding of German Labour law
- German and English fluent
