The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for driving new business, helping advertisers meet their performance goals, and building long term relationships with startups and brands in multiple verticals brands across the DACH region. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
- Responsible for ensuring team's success by driving sales performance and designing and implementing a sales strategy across several verticals.
- Develop strategic sales strategy with ambitious annual goals and objective measurement in place.
- Develop and executive a tiered sales approach to cover all Enterprise level clients in the cluster.
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
- Responsible for local revenue goals, forecast and pipeline management
- Partner with key crossfunctional partners across product, business marketing, legal to evolve our solutions specifically for Commerce.
- Coach, manage, and grow Brand Partnership Managers by leading a team of people managers.
- Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and high-performing sales organization by influencing the team's structure, culture, and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Sales or Consultancy with relevant industry experience (strong commercial background).
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales and app monetisation
- Demonstrated ability to leverage both their commercial and technical expertise to drive revenue and influence stakeholders to increase product adoption.
- Track record in developing at scale large performance agencies/advertisers/clients with a deep understanding of the industry challenges
- Demonstrated managerial experience (leading IC / leading Team Leads, cross-functional teams/ projects)
- Fluent German and English speaker
