To champion the implementation of strategic, innovative HR initiatives, cultivate a culture of excellence and maximize employee engagement. **Your impact**: - Driving organizational changes in the Clean and Cold room solutions unit ensuring optimal employee alignment in key positions for enhanced operational effectiveness - Supporting the organizational growth of the Vitec organization and facilitating the progression of HR processes to achieve higher levels of maturity and efficiency - Ensuring operational HR excellence by seamlessly managing HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, fostering a smooth and seamless experience for employees - Enhancing HR processes to streamline operations, maximize productivity, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures - Providing strategic guidance and support to optimize HR practices, enabling the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent - Leading a small team of HR coordinators **Who you are**: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to confidently tackle complex challenges and deliver efficient solutions.
