**Technical skills (Required - Must have)**
- 8+ years of experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy Management) in IT Infrastructure
- Detailed knowledge of Installation/Upgradation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows client operating system.
- Should have good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
- Should have knowledge in implementing and managing the Group policy.
- Should have trouble shooting skill in Group policy related issues.
- Should have hands on experience on AD Object Management (Groups, Computer Object, User object)
- Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting end users /Win 10 related issues.
- Should have sound knowledge in File share management.
- Fair understanding on the DFS concept
- Experience in Scripting languages like PowerShell
- Must have hands on experience in ITSM-ServiceNow
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.

**Skill Level**

The role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job.
- As a team member you will be handling Incidents and resolve with in the defined SLA’s
- Act as a SME in the GPO release to the Windows 10 environment
- Be a part of the team who operates aligned to global time i.e 24x7.
- Involve in problem management sessions.
- Must contribute to the changes with respect to the AD.
- Act as a single point of contact for the escalated Active Directory end user incidents like account provisioning, home directory issues, profile sync issues, roaming profile issues etc
- Coordinate with other teams for Incident resolution and Project Implementations
- Coordinate with the team in daily calls, weekly calls etc.
- Monitor the status of incidents, changes daily, weekly by using the internal tools.
- Work with customers in case of new custom GPO requirement, releases, testing /UAT from other sites.
- Work with the shift leads to excel in the operations.
- Coordination with 3rd party vendor / contractors on IT System upgrade/break fix /new installations
- Implement Service improvement and involve in the transformation initiatives.
- Use PowerShell scripts for automating daily tasks.
