Transport General Cargo Specialist (d/f/m) Ref. 10259580

**Your responsibilities**:
The jobholder (d/f/m) works as a Transport General Cargo Specialist and is in charge of transport flows. He is dealing with various interfaces on a daily basis (suppliers, procurement, FAL, supply chain, different Airbus sites)
- Transport Process definition and adaptation
- Interface and network creation between entities as e.g. ASA, Airbus GmbH
- Creation and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- IT customization and implementation (usage of Transport Apps for plants and suppliers)
- Analysis on improvement and rationalization for all flows
- Managing transportation flows both Inbound and Outbound to achieve service level goals, requirements and expectations
- Managing the administration and workload associated with Transportation
- Working with the Management Team in the development of new processes to achieve service excellence
- Performing additional tasks and assignments as directed by Management
- Single point of contact for the transportation flows of Airbus Aerostructures and Airbus GmbH (formerly PAG)
- Coordination transport processes between the different Airbus sites
- Creation of Transport Specifications in order to meet internal customers requirements
- Perform controlling of service providers
- Create, challenge, validate change requests, ad-hoc service requests
- Complaint and Claim management
- On-Site support within different Airbus Aerostructures and Airbus GmbH sites (NOR, VAR, BRE and AUG)
- Partial responsibility on safety (Fremdfirmenkoordination) for all 4 sites
- Support preparation of capital expenditure and AOP planning

**Personal requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A person with self-assurance and the ability to make decisions independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally, quaterly, Europe-wide

**vocational training**:

- Forwarding agent/woman at least vocational training with long years. Experience

**studies**:

- Supply Chain / Logistics at least technician/specialist or
- Economics at least technician/specialist

**Professional experience**:

- Customer Service/Customer Service at least over 2 years
- Supplier management for at least 2 years
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 2 years
- Transportation over two years

**IT**:

- Google Workspace is an advantage

**Language Skills**:

- German at least business fluent
- At least fluent in English
