Tasks

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) with a strong focus on social media to join our growing team in Germany.

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with NVISO's business objectives.
- Tailor strategies to target audience demographics, ensuring engagement and growth metrics are met or exceeded.

Collaborate with Sales Team for Event Promotion
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate targeted social media content promoting events and initiatives.
- Expand reach and drive higher lead generation through strategic social media campaigns.

Highlight Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives
- Utilize social media platforms to showcase NVISO's corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Increase engagement with CSR-related content, positively impacting the company's public image.

Strengthen HR and Employer Branding Efforts
- Utilize social media channels to enhance NVISO's employer branding efforts.

**Requirements**:

- You are eligible for a NATO clearance (see HERE for more information);
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing / Communication;
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media business accounts;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German;
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment;
- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in social media marketing;
- Eagerness to learn and stay on top of the technology trends.
