**Aufgabe**
- Vollumfängliche Produktverantwortung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Kompetenzzertifizierung
- Auf
- und Ausbau der Expertennetzwerke
- Aktive Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Profitabilität
- Mitwirkung bei Fachgremien im Bereich Personenzertifizierung der TÜV SÜD Akademie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
- Entwicklung von Prüfkonzepten und Verfahren
**Qualifikation**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Auditerfahrung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Dienstleistungsorientierung gepaart mit agiler und eigenständiger Arbeitsweise
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung sowie Kenntnisse in der Personenzertifizierung
