**Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor - permanent, on-site, Frankfurt**

- **Salary**: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + Rotation Package

**The Opportunity**

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive **Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor** to join a dynamic team in Frankfurt. You’ll play a key role in the **daily implementation of EHS policies** on a major construction site, with direct influence on site safety culture. Ideal for a safety professional seeking long-term growth within a **high-performance, safety-first organization**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enforce company Health & Safety policies and procedures on-site
- Conduct **daily inspections** and regular safety audits
- Prepare, review, and brief teams on **Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)**:

- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing EHS training
- Ensure equipment and plant inspections are fully compliant and documented
- Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses—followed by preventive action planning
- Maintain EHS records and contribute to the **final project handover safety file**
- Recognized qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
- 2+ years’ experience in a dedicated **construction safety advisor** or **officer** role
- Strong knowledge of **construction health and safety legislation**:

- Excellent **organizational, communication, and reporting** skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must have **EU work rights**

- Structured schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 long weekend off

- Site hours: Mon-Fri (10 hrs/day), Sat (half day)
- Standard hours**:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
