For this we need you As Real Estate Development Intern (w/m/d) you will take your career to the next level by deepening your knowledge of German real estate and strongly supporting our Business Development Department in the further development of our platform.

**YOUR MISSION**
- Support our business development team to ensure Wunderflats achieves its growth target
- Check the quality of all new listings published on Wunderflats and identify improvements
- Support first-time landlords to improve the attractiveness of their listings
- Support landlords who want sales advice and qualify these leads for the sales managers
- Acquire expert knowledge of the German real estate market and its current developments

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You want to gain exciting, hands on experience and throw yourself into the start-up scene
- In addition to your communication skills, you are convincing with your charisma and your self-confident people skills
- You are a reliable team player with a goal-oriented way of working
- Flexibility, creativity and a hands-on mentality are an integral part of your DNA
- You have experience in the real estate industry or are interested in acquiring it
- Very good German and English skills add to your profile
- You are free for at least 4 months
