**YOUR MISSION**

As our accounting specialist, you are interested in automated accounting systems, continuous process optimisation, short service routes and digitalised administration.

More specifically, you will be:

- Entering, processing and paying incoming invoices
- Processing travel expenses
- Handling maintenance and reconciliation of open item lists
- Monitoring of accounts payable master data
- Working on process optimisation within financial accounting
- Supporting in projects in the area of finance, e.g. software implementation
- Supporting with monthly/annual financial statements
- Working with SAP

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk) or corresponding studies (e.g. business administration, economics, or similar)
- At least two years of professional experience in this area (accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable)
- Sure handling of Microsoft Office 365, and SAP products
- Own responsibility for one's own actions and mistakes
- Willingness to help others
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Fluent English and German
