**What are my responsibilities?**
- Global responsibility for the Supply Chain Management division in accordance with the Chief Operations Officer (COO)
- Strategic alignment and systematic further development of the responsible area in cooperation with the plants worldwide
- Responsible for all production planning, procurement and logistics processes in the plants worldwide
- Global responsibility and decision-making authority for bottleneck and escalation management for customer orders
- Responsible for inventory management in all plants worldwide and consideration of profitability and operational targets
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary global and local projects
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of processes in the ERP system
- Responsible for internal logistics between and within the plants worldwide
- Global investment planning in the area of supply chain management, taking into account efficiency, Group and strategic goals

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing company with a global orientation
- High IT affinity
- Deep knowledge and experience in the areas of SAP 4Hana, supply chain optimization and project management
- Goal-oriented, resilient and assertive
- Quality-conscious and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages an advantage
