For the "Global Technology & Investments" (GTI) division we are looking for a **Project and team leader (M/F/d).** In this role you will report to the Director Global Projects. GTI is based in Sweden, and you will be located at the Bruchhausen site in Arnsberg, Germany. You will join an international advanced chemicals company focussing on larger chemicals as well as downstream derivatives and specialty solutions with significant growth and expansion in mind. You will make an important contribution to this process. Perstorp Group is growing and a number of investment programmes in Operations are in the pipeline. GTI is a department within the Operations function. It is responsible for setting the company's overall technology strategy and focuses on delivering technology solutions through investment projects and improving plant performance at all Perstorp production sites around the world. Awareness and professional experience that safety is the highest priority in our organisation is essential. The job holder has full decision-making authority within the agreed budget and priorities. **Further tasks** - Management of the GTI project portfolio for the Bruchhausen site; - ensure that projects are clearly defined and accurately managed; - responsibility for project resources; - development and tracking of budgets and targets for projects; - management of and participation in steering groups. **Qualifications** - proven leadership qualities; - more than 10 years of professional experience in the process engineering industry, specialising in engineering and design; - proven skills in the organisation and structuring of complex tasks; - proven experience in the management of matrix organisations; - Written and spoken German and English. **Personal profile** - Good structuring and analytical skills, strategic abilities and a practical approach to implementation; - strong in execution and ability to attract attention, persistent expert; - excellent communication skills and strong ability to build internal and external relationships; - ability to diagnose complex problems and successfully treat them proactively; - a strong operational profile, coupled with strategic thinking and a structured way of working. **We offer** - A challenging and responsible management role in a dynamic company; - attractive remuneration and benefits; - opportunities for professional and personal development.
