In the Sustainability Product Line within ALDI DX, we enable ALDI’s Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology.
Our focus is on securing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as driving ALDI’s ambition to make sustainability affordable to our customers.

What you give your best for
**Product evolution**: assuming overall responsibility for further developing and continuously improving a product in the area of supply chain transparency throughout the entire product life cycle
**Vision and strategy**: creating and updating the product vision, goals and strategy in line with the ALDI DX and international sustainability strategies
**Stakeholder collaboration**: collaborating with various stakeholders to increase the added value of a product and customer satisfaction
**Product team management**: managing the cross-functional product team with regard to the requirements and expectations for each sprint
**Vendor management**: collaborating with software suppliers and actively managing vendors to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly
**Backlog management**: taking responsibility for prioritising the backlog from idea development to implementation in the system
**Project work**: participating in sustainability projects that contribute to the implementation of the international sustainability strategy Your Profile
What you should have.
Hands-on experience as a product owner or in product management
Strong presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong communication skills
Hands-on experience working in an agile team and the ability to adapt to new environments and changing circumstances
Professional proficiency in English
Desirable extras.
