**Intern (M/F/d) Real Estate Valuation / Valuation & Advisory in Frankfurt or Berlin**

**Your tasks**
- Active participation in all department-specific business processes
- Market research (competitor and location analyses) for residential, commercial and retail properties
- Participation in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV)
- Participation in the organisation and implementation of Germany-wide property inspections and subsequent preparation of the results
- Maintenance of the information databases and regular support in the preparation of pitch presentations and offers
- Support in the preparation of valuation reports in German and English
- Active regular communication with teammates as well as across departments

**Your profile**
- At least two successfully completed semesters in a relevant (technical) university degree programme
- Interest in the real estate industry
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
- An affinity for numbers and statistics as well as financial mathematics topics
- Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Independent and structured work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
