**Aufgabe**
- Support change management, communications and training for relevant modules of our SAP SuccessFactors implementation on a global scale. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems across all regions.
- Work with Global Change Manager/s to support development of global change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities globally and across different regions
- Support the German Rollout Manager in planning and implementing communication initiatives, including the preparation of change-related meetings and presentations
- Analyze key stakeholders and actively build and maintain a strong network with them
- Maintain and regularly update the stakeholder distribution list to ensure accurate and up-to-date communication
- Support development and implementation of enablement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance positive outcomes
- Support stakeholder analysis and management activities, e.g., presentation development
- Adapt and support implementation of a global module-related communications plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling module-related communication materials tailored to diverse audiences
- Support learning needs analysis to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for the new system and processes
- Monitor and support assessment of global readiness for change and adoption of new processes
- Support implementation of strategies to increase change readiness and drive adoption across all regions
**Qualifikation**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, preferably in large-scale IT projects
- Good understanding of global business practices and cultural differences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- English & German essential
- Experience in the HR technology projects preferred
